2) If you are not satisfied with the response, then you can lodge your grievances with SEBI at SCORES (https://scores.sebi.gov.in/) or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI (https://www.sebi.gov.in/contact-us.html). For any queries, feedback or assistance, please contact the SEBI Office on the toll-free helpline at 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575.

3) After exhausting these options for the resolution of the grievance, if you are still not satisfied with the outcome, then you may opt for online dispute resolution (ODR) through the ODR Portal (https://smartodr.in/).
